Happy 100th Day of School
At Washington School, we celebrated the 100th Day of School on Wednesday, February 14th. Everyone got into the school spirit, as you can see from our staff picture below. Our PTA had a 100th Day of School contest with classrooms putting together 100 items, which were displayed in our multipurpose room during our lunch periods. The students voted for the Most Creative, Most Colorful and Most School Spirit. The PTA will award three winning classrooms a basket of 100 school supplies! On *Wednesday, February 14, Washington School will be celebrating the 100th Day of School. Our PTA is sponsoring a 100th Day of School contest to get everyone in the spirit of the day. Valentines Day – Pink/Red Day
Valentine’s Day will be recognized at Washington School on Wednesday, February 14. Students are invited to wear something with Red/Pink. All students will be permitted to bring in Valentine’s Day cards for their classmates. In order for cards to be distributed, a student must have a card for each of his/her classmates. The cards will be distributed at a time scheduled by the teacher. Important note: No candy will be distributed in school. Do not send your child to school with candy bags for their classmates.
