On *Wednesday, February 14, Washington School will be celebrating the 100th Day of School. Our PTA is sponsoring a 100th Day of School contest to get everyone in the spirit of the day. Each classroom will be working to put together 100 items. The items will be displayed in our multipurpose room during our lunch periods. The students will vote for the Most Creative, Most Colorful and Most School Spirit. The PTA will award three winning classrooms a basket of 100 school supplies! Valentines Day – Pink/Red Day
Valentine’s Day will be recognized at Washington School on Wednesday, February 14. Students are invited to wear something with Red/Pink. All students will be permitted to bring in Valentine’s Day cards for their classmates. In order for cards to be distributed, a student must have a card for each of his/her classmates. Multicultural Day is an annual event at Washington School. Each year PTA parents present a day of activities focused on one particular country/region and it’s culture.
