The PTA will be organizing items to be donated this holiday season. Items will be placed on or under our Giving Tree located in the main foyer of the school. Students enjoy bringing their donations and placing them around the tree. Thank you for teaching your children to think of those less fortunate than themselves during this holiday season. Parent Academy Hosts Bar Modeling Workshop
Ms. Egar-Smith, a second grade teacher at Lincoln School, reviewed the bar modeling strategy with parents of students in elementary school. Ms. Egar-Smith reviewed the steps needed to solve a problem and then guided parents as they used bar models to solve word problems.
