Calming Jars
Children need some guidance on how to calm their bodies when either feeling anxious, scared or frustrated. The Student Assistance Counselor and the teachers define emotions and then teach children some strategies to reset. Ms. Emily and Ms. DeLuca made calming jars with their students.
