Ferris Wheel Team Building Project
Mr. Viola Amusement Parks & Bridges The project was a whole-class project in which students had to logically construct the project from start to finish. The finished Ferris Wheel is a working model of a typical amusement park Ferris Wheel. Rutherford Schools Recycle
Rutherford High School student, Kerry O'Keefe, is working with the Rutherford Public School District to educate students about the importance of recycling. Miss O'Keefe is currently working towards the Girl Scout Gold Award and has created activity books, posters and displays for students throughout the district.
Building Resiliency and Independence in K-3 Students

RHS is Victorious in Annual Spelling Bee
Rutherford High School was once again victorious in the annual Spelling Bee against Becton Regional High School. Over the three-hour competition held on Wednesday, November 27th, students in the National Honor Society dazzled the audience with their spellings of such difficult words as: echelon, surreptitious, genealogical, velociraptor, machination, epicurean, gubernatorial, inquietude, and anticoagulant.
