On Friday June 7, 2019, Jack Hurley, Superintendent of Rutherford Public Schools, was honored by the Bergen County Association of School Administrators with their "Distinguished Service Award" at a luncheon at Seasons in Washington Township. Steve Yurchack, Superintendent of the North Arlington Public Schools made the presentation on behalf of the BCASA. School Board puts One Rutherford Plan on Sept. 24 ballot
On June 3, your Board of Education voted unanimously to put a bond referendum on the Sept. 24 ballot. The proposal reflects what we learned during last year’s process, and is based on a significantly reduced project scope and cost. It focuses on One Rutherford – a unified community that both counts on and benefits from quality schools.
